Founded by Chef Mathias Rouveure in 2022, EHL hospitality school graduate and inspiring recipe video ambassador on Instagram, he channels emotion, passion, and technical mastery into every creation. His immersive approach merges food and storytelling, redefining contemporary gastronomy.

Our ambition is to push the boundaries of culinary experiences : from concept to design and production, crafting moments that go beyond the plate.
